- Creative services – to design the pass and keep within strict RWC guidelines
- Merge 14 different variable data fields to create each unique pass
- Print 4 colour process pass ensuring the quality was kept to the high standard required
- Encapsulate the printed sheets with 10 thou laminate
- Die cut and strip the wastage
- Pack by kind and send to be fulfilled
